In this role, you’ll use your knowledge of utilities account management or technology sales to identify opportunities, manage client requirements, and support cross-functional teams to deliver seamless solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Build on existing client relationships and actively explore new opportunities for sales and growth.
- Lead debt recovery initiatives to maintain financial and commercial stability.
- Spot and convert client requirements into potential commercial growth opportunities.
- Prepare regular pipeline forecasts for allocated clients.
- Establish client budgets, elevate their current requirements, and work with them to develop future needs.
- Use Junifer to record all contract, purchase, and sales activities.
- Collaborate with project and operations teams to ensure all solution sales are delivered accurately and on time.
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and new revenue streams.
- Maintain accurate account records, ensuring timely reads, payments, and billing each month
About You
- Proven background in Utilities Account Management and/or Technology Sales within an MSP environment.
- Strong commercial awareness and proactive approach to business growth.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to spot, convert, and close opportunities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and detail-focused.
- Adept at debt collection and managing financial processes.
- Experience delivering exceptional customer service across all channels.
- Able to work collaboratively across operational teams and manage relationships at multiple level
