Stacey is a results-driven Operations & Revenue Director with over 15 years of experience in the utility industry. She takes great pleasure in building a team based on trust and leading with a committed, human, and collaborative approach. Passionate about transforming operational functions, Stacey focuses on enhancing all key areas like sales, revenue, collections, billing, metering, and customer service. She values authenticity and transparency, always putting the customer first. Stacey thoroughly enjoys working with people and teams to achieve operational excellence and customer success, making her a visionary leader dedicated to both financial performance and a positive customer experience.
Tania Blench
Group Director of People
Tania is a highly skilled HR professional with an MA in Human Resource Management. Throughout her career Tania has worked in various sectors including Hospitality, Housing and Energy and has over 20 years’ experience in all areas of Human Resources with a strong focus on HR strategy delivery, Performance Management and Employee Relations. Her mission is to deliver exceptional service and experiences for all employees.
Lee Charlton
Customer Experience & Recovery Director
Lee is RubyEnergy’s Customer Experience and Recovery Director, focused on leveraging customer’s experience. With experience of a range of sectors which include Energy, Finance, Telecommunications and Retail. Most recently, Lee has played a leading role in the recent merge to RubyEnergy, driving an internal and external launch. Lee’s experience spans all over the UK and in South Africa.
Julian Massel
IT Director
Julian plays a significant role as RubyEnergy’s IT Director, bringing over 25 years of IT experience. New to the energy industry, he is quickly learning and applying his extensive knowledge. He leads critical projects, such as large-scale transformations, and is committed to improving organisational performance through technology. Julian’s main focus areas include leading business change programmes, developing the IT Team, and aligning new business strategies.
