Guaranteed Standards of Performance (GSoP)
We know your time is important, and we’re here to ensure your experience is as smooth as possible. Advised by Ofgem, our industry regulator, we follow the Guaranteed Standards of Performance (GSoP) when visiting your property.
If, for any reason, we don’t meet these standards, whether it’s due to Ruby or one of our trusted third-party metering agents, we’ll credit you with a GSoP payment of £40.00 to your gas or electricity account. Be assured that every effort will be made to ensure your appointment goes as smooth as possible.
Ruby has systems in place that will identify when a payment is required, and we’ll also reach out to you in writing to let you know if a payment has been made. If you have questions or concerns about scheduling metering appointments, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us.
