If you’ve agreed a contract with Ruby Energy, you should have a Direct Debit in place. If for any reason you can’t pay by Direct Debit, you can find more information about our other options below. Please note that if your Direct Debit is not in place, you may be paying a higher rate.
Direct debit
All Ruby Energy contracts are subject to payment by Direct Debit. This is the most efficient way to pay for your energy. We’ll always notify you when we’re planning to take the payment on your invoice.

You can pay by debit or credit card instantly and securely online with our online account service.
Our secure, web-based service provides you with everything you need to manage your account in one place, from providing a meter read to viewing your invoices.
Pay over the phone
Our automated payment line is open 24/7, meaning you can pay us over the phone by credit or debit card at a time that suits you best. Call us on 0344 5678 427 and, when prompted, select Option 1 to “make a payment.”

Debit and Credit Card
Pay by debit or credit card (Visa/MasterCard/American Express). All you’ll need is your Ruby Energy account number and card details.

Cheque
Make your cheque payable to Ruby Energy and send it to:
Parkside Stand, Fleetwood Town Football Club, Park Avenue, Fleetwood, Lancashire, FY7 6TX
Please make sure to write your Ruby Energy account number on the back of the cheque and allow 3 working days for the payment to reach your Ruby Energy account.
**If your supply is at risk of disconnection, we’d advise you to make a card payment as the funds must clear prior to any cancellation of planned action**
