If you are the new occupier of your premises you may have inherited Ruby Energy as your supplier. As there is no agreement in place yet, you will be charged on what is known as a “Deemed Contract” rate. This is to ensure customers still have access to electricity and / or gas before they agree a contract with their chosen supplier. These rates are generally higher, so we would recommend calling us directly for our most competitive rates.
