It is extremely rare that there is an issue with your electricity meter. If you think something isn’t right, please instruct a qualified electrician to have all appliances at site tested. We find this is often found to be the root cause of the problem.
If your electrician confirms there is no fault with your appliances, chat to our Customer Services Team so that we can investigate and work with you to fix the problem. We can arrange for a Meter Operator Agent to attend the site and test the meter – please note there is a charge for this visit; ask one of the team if you wish to arrange this appointment. Of course, if there is a proven fault we will reimburse the cost of the visit.
