At Ruby, we’re always looking for opportunities to keep costs as low as possible as well as offering simple and effective services that help our environment and reduce your carbon footprint!

Ruby Energy is officially paperless which means all communications (unless you wish to receive physical mail – see below) will be sent digitally to your registered email address.

Being a part of our paperless future means you will help to reduce your carbon footprint, save the trees and assist with the Government’s net zero campaign. 

Remember, you can access your bills online, wherever and whenever you like.  All Ruby customers can access their online account where instead of waiting for a physical bill to come through your door, you have control of your account at your fingertips.

By registering for an online account, you can:

  • Submit meter readings
  • Pay your bills
  • View and download invoices
  • Update your contact information
  • Plus more!

Physical communications

Ruby will send all communications via email, but if you wish to receive physical communications you can opt-in to receive physical communications.  To cover the costs of delivering this to you, Ruby will apply a monthly communication charge to your invoices of £5.00 (+VAT) per month.  All communications we send to you, including your invoices, will be covered within this charge.  You can choose to switch to digital communications at any point, please get in touch to let us know.
