Backed by the support of our partnership, Fleetwood Town achieved an unmatched and record breaking rise up the English football pyramid. In just ten years the team enjoyed six promotions reach League One – an incredible feat which remains in the Guiness Book of Records as the fastest ever progression for a professional club.
2012 - Jamie Vardy's Success
In May 2012, Jamie Vardy was signed by Leicester City for a non-league record transfer fee of £1 million. His journey from Fleetwood to Premier League champion and England international highlights the club’s role in nurturing talent. Ruby Energy has been there every step of the way, supporting the club’s commitment to developing outstanding players.
2016 - Opening of Poolfoot Farm
In April 2016, Poolfoot Farm was inaugurated by former Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson. This state-of-the-art facility features seven top-class grass pitches, two FIFA 2* grade 4G pitches, and serves as a hub for both the club and the local community. Grassroots men’s and women’s teams regularly use the facility, and the on-site restaurant is a popular spot for high-quality food and drinks.

A Rich History of Resilience
Fleetwood Town FC’s history is marked by resilience and revival. Established in 1997, the current iteration of the club is the fourth since the original team was formed in 1908. Despite financial challenges and dissolutions in 1928, 1976, and 1997, the club has continuously reemerged stronger.
