If your account has an agreed data protection password, we will always ask for it first. This helps us verify your identity before discussing any account details.
Official Email Addresses Only
We will only contact you from a @rubyenergy.uk email address. If you receive an email from any other domain, do not trust it.
Call Back if Unsure
If something doesn’t feel right, end the call immediately and ring us back using the phone number published on our website. This way, you know you’re speaking with a genuine member of our team.
What to Do If You Are Contacted by a Scammer
If you receive a suspicious email or message from someone claiming to be from Ruby Energy, here is what you should do:
