Since its creation in 2013, we’ve been following the Smart Meter Installation Code of Practice, or SMICoP for short. This means that before, during, and after we install your smart meter, we’ll make sure that:
– You receive top-notch service
– You have all the information and tools at your disposal to be energy efficient
– You understand how your smart meter works and all the benefits it can offer

Smart Choice Metering
In 2019, we took things a step further by launching Smart Choice Metering, our very own metering company. Our engineers are trained at a state of the art Metering Academy, so you can expect first-class service that goes beyond the norm.
We want to make sure your smart meter installation is a simple, hassle free experience. To help with this, we’ve teamed up with CX International, who will reach out to you with a quick survey after your installation. They follow the Market Research Society Code of Conduct, so you know they’ll be professional and respectful. You can complete the survey online or over the phone, so following your installation, keep an ear out for their call.
